Welcome to July! Now that summer is in full swing, we want to take a moment to express our genuine appreciation for your continued commitment and hard work. This month, our focus turns to giving back as we launch our Feeding America food drive in partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support the community that supports us, all while we look ahead to our favorite August tradition: the annual Car Show, and a Red Cross Blood Drive coming up in September. Thank you for your constant dedication and for making this team what it is.

Celebrating an Incredible Milestone: 20 Years of Service

This month, we have the distinct privilege of celebrating two phenomenal milestones within our team. Please join us in extending a massive congratulations to Mike Smith and Steve Spisak as they both mark an incredible 20 years with our company!

Both Mike and Steve are core pillars of our Parts department. Mike serves as our Parts Manager, leading the team with sharp expertise, while Steve’s decades of dedicated parts knowledge and hard work have been absolutely invaluable to our daily operations.

Reaching a 20-year anniversary is a rare and deeply impressive achievement. It speaks volumes about their loyalty, dedication, and the immense impact they’ve had on our business and our team dynamic over the last two decades.

Feeding America Food/ Food Bank of the Rockies Food Drive

July 1st – August 22nd

We’re excited to announce that O’Meara Automotive Group is partnering with Feeding America and Food Bank of the Rockies to help fight food insecurity right here in our community.

You’ll find food donation drop-off bins in the Ford showroom. If you’re able, we encourage you to bring in shelf-stable, non-perishable items — every donation goes directly to local families in need.

• Tuna
• Beef stew & chili
• Baked beans
• Soup
• Canned fruit & vegetables

Please note: We cannot accept items that are damaged, expired, or packaged in glass.

Golden Oldies Car Classic

Saturday, August 22nd | 8am – 2pm

Get ready for the 22nd Annual O’Meara Golden Oldies Car Classic-a beloved tradition celebrating timeless rides and community pride! Join us on August 22^nd, 2026 for a free, all-ages event packed with vintage vibes, roaring engines, and nonstop fun.

Enjoy live music by Van Jeffries as you explore an incredible lineup of classic cars from all makes and models. Be one of the first 250 cars through the gate and receive an exclusive dash plaque and commemorative t-shirt!

Grab a bite from our awesome food trucks and soak in the atmosphere of one of Colorado’s longest-running and most iconic car shows. Whether you’re showing off your ride or just along for the fun, you won’t want to miss this!

New Vehicles

• Receive $100 per month for up to 12 months (or cash equivalent) when purchasing a new vehicle.

Used Vehicles

• Up to 30 days old = NADA Retail.

Employee Vehicle Purchase Referral

Refer someone to purchase a vehicle at any O’Meara store and receive a $250 check. Referrals do not apply to spouses, cosigned deals, or situations where you benefit from the proceeds. Sales staff selling outside their home store must escort the customer to the purchasing store, introduce them to the desk manager, and have a referral form completed at the time of sale to qualify.

Employee Hire Referral Program

Help us grow our O’Meara family and get rewarded! If you refer a new hire, you’ll receive $250 after they’ve been with us for 30 days and another $250 after 180 days. To qualify, you must submit a referral form to HR—signed by the hiring manager—within 30 days of your referral’s hire date.
